The project which has the design of a futuristic superyacht will mark a new epoch for the developer of Jumeirah Group, and architect Shaun Killa, completing the oceanic trilogy of Jumeirah, which also includes the wave-shaped Jumeirah Beach Hotel and the world famous sailboat-shaped Burj Al Arab hotel. The Marsa Al Arab development consists of 2 artificial islands with a total area of 3,982,646 sqft.
On the second, there will be a limited collection of nine Marsa Al Arab Quay Wall Villas with 6 bedrooms. The properties will include 3 levels and a ground floor, and will provide gorgeous panoramic views of the sea. Each villa has a huge property size of 15,733 sqft and has underground parking, a swimming pool, roof terrace and internal elevator. Interiors of the residences are designed in a minimalist style with a neutral colour scheme by the French designer, Tristan Auer in collaboration with Wilson Associates. The Marsa Al Arab project is worth AED 6.3B and is located across 2 artificial islands in the Umm Suqeim district, which is easily accessible from the Sheikh Zayed Road. There will be wellness and leisure areas, as well as signature restaurants within the development for guests and residents to enjoy. The world-renowned international management company in the field of hospitality and luxury, Jumeirah Group, also promises a portfolio of international chef restaurants. Villas in Marsa Al Arab are intended primarily for families with children due to their spacious living areas and the many entertainment facilities nearby.
