Danny was our agent when we looked for a house in Queens. One may wonder why one needs an agent if buying a house. Actually, it helps a lot. First, Danny scheduled all our viewings in a span of several weeks. Since he is a realtor, sellers often trusted him with a key so we can visit a house at our convenience, including evenings of weekdays. He spent 5+ weekends with us to see 20+ houses. Second, he is rather knowledgeable about local properties and has up-to-date info on recent sales and houses under contract. Third, seller’s realtor may resist bullshitting you when they see an experienced agent with you. Fourth, one delegates negotiating price and addressing issues in the house to an agent. Danny is very active and pushy and this helps a lot when he is on your side. Danny was practically always available for us and typically responded in minutes. We have finally bought a house practically on our terms, with Danny mediating negotiations. I would recommend Danny to a friend.
